Hi! I am new to the game and currently playing Heart of Thorns. I am having a fun time figuring things out as i go, but am stymied on how to get a mount. I am currently level 24 and have seen lower level players on mounts. What am i missing and how do i go about getting a mount? This causes the cursor to only be able to leave the screen where it touches another. For instance i use 2 monitors and have it set up so only my upper right of main screen and lower left of 2nd screen touch so i can only travel to the 2nd screen from said corner.

It's one of the drop-down menu choices for the top tab of the Hero Panel. That first tab down the left side of the entire panel is the Equipment Tab, and the left side of that tab has a drop down menu that you can use to switch among the various views: Equipment, Wardrobe, Dyes, Outfits, Miniatures, Finishers, Mail Carriers, Glider Skins, Mounts, and Novelties.
The mount skins are cosmetics for the mounts and are obtained through the gemstore. All it does it change the apperance of the mount. Buying a mount skin when you don't have the actual mount unlocked does not give you the mount, but once you do obtain it, you can apply any skins you already have.
The best you could do is buy a Razer Naga or Logitech g600 and bind WASD to the mouse, but that sounds wonky as hell. I need my right mouse button for everything with ground targeting and my left mouse button for turning the camera. You should be able to fire off ground-targeted abilities even when the mouse is held down.
