This is not a complicated procedure, as the Zenmuse gimbals were designed to be easy to install. There are 3 gimbal models that you can choose from. The Zenmuse H3-2D is the most basic option, and is compatible with the GoPro Hero 3. It has a 2-axis stabilization system, and was designed to work with the DJI flight control system. If your camera isn't responding to the control wheel, check the gimbal advanced settings. Look for "Gimbal Pitch Smooth (0-30)" under each configuration. If it's set to 30 or near 30, the wheel won't work. Adjust it to around 20, and your wheel should control the gimbal pitch (camera movement up and down). This setting came with the app upgrade

Yeah That red light not a good thing! I have 3 bad boards, 1 physically damaged you can see burn marks, but has a green light, and gimbal works, just no FPV, I have another board with green light, but no gimbal action or FPV, and last was a red light gimbal works, but no FPV.

Please note step 1 is not enough. Per @quaddamage - "The battery is "intelligent" - when turning it off, it sends message "save settings, power off is imminent" to FC and camera, and waits for acknowledgement. Just to be sure, it sends that message 3 times. If it receives back message "affirmative, settings saved" then it turn off immediately. . 481 124 14 414 22 182 217 145
